From humble beginnings in a friends warehouse, Chad and Ken began with one machine and a dream.

2013

Purchased 2 enclosed vertical cnc milling machines. 

Acquired 2-acres of property and layed out plan for future growth.

Grew 58%.

2014

Demolished existing building and recycled materials.

Began construction on new 7,000 sq ft building.

Hired first employee, eventually promoted to shop lead.

Grew 107%.

2015

Earned IS9001:2008 and AS9100C certification.

Hired 3 more employees.

Grew 50%.

2016

Finished interior expansion of offices.

Installed 2 additional 3-axis vertical CNC machines.

Added 2 more employees.

Grew 55%.

2017

Completed further expansion of quality control lab and new, larger restrooms.

Installed new 3-axis machining center.

Installed first new Haas UMC-750 5-axis machining center.

Added 4 more employees.

Re-certified to new ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standard.

Became Gold supplier for Boeing, the highest rating possible.

Grew 100%

2018

Began expansion of 5,000 sq ft onto building to double manufacturing space.

Added 3 more new Haas UMC-750 5-axis machining centers.

Added new Haas VF-4 3-axis machining center.

Hired 6 more employees.

Started second shift.

Grew 35%.

2019

Added 2 more new Haas UMC-750 5-axis machining centers bringing total to 6.

Hired 6 more employees.

Total staff at 20.

Growth 26% YTD as of June.

2020

Expanded programming offices and project manager office, and installed security key-fob system at front lobby.

2021

Installed advanced tool holding system for all CNC machining centers, improving accuracy, rigidity, and performance.

2022

Installed 2 Haas UMC-500 SS machining centers with an Erowa Swiss-built robot containing 36-position automatic pallet recognition.
